Eternal Sunday is a Toronto-based business creating sustainable skin care products with a focus on natural, plant-powered ingredients. We specialize in natural soaps and lip balms that are free from synthetic additives, artificial fragrances, palm oil, and plastics.
Each soap is handcrafted in small batches using the cold-process method, a time-honoured technique that preserves the nourishing benefits of our ingredients. We use a thoughtful blend of organic or sustainably sourced oils and butters like olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, and shea butter. Herbal powders, clays, and essential oils are carefully chosen not just for their scent, but for their therapeutic properties.
Our inspiration comes from herbal traditions, the cycles of nature, and a desire to reduce harm to the environment. Every product is made with respect for the land, and packaged using compostable or recyclable materials.
What inspired you to start your business?
We started Eternal Sunday to create a slower, more intentional way of caring for ourselves and the planet. After years of feeling overwhelmed by plastic-heavy, chemical-filled products and fast-paced consumerism, we wanted to return to something simpler and more honest. Inspired by herbalism, sustainability, and a deep love for nature, we began making natural soaps that reflect our values: minimal waste, plant-based ingredients, and handmade with care. Eternal Sunday is our way of offering small moments of calm and connection in everyday routines.

Our bestselling product is the Eucalyptus Mint Exfoliating Soap.
Why do you think it’s so popular?
It’s a refreshing, invigorating bar with a clean scent that people love. What makes it truly special is the natural exfoliation from dried peppermint and lemon balm leaves, which gently scrub away dry skin while leaving you feeling energized and smooth.
It’s made using our signature cold-process method and a nourishing blend of plant-based oils and butters, including olive oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, avocado oil, and castor oil. The creamy lather rinses clean without stripping moisture, making it a favourite for people who want a zero-waste, plastic-free exfoliating soap that works and feels amazing.
What’s your personal favourite product?
Right now, our personal favourite is the Charcoal Cleansing Soap. We love how balanced it feels. The activated charcoal gives it that beautiful, rich tone and helps draw out impurities, making it our go-to bar after long days or sweaty bike rides.
What makes it special to us is the scent: a crisp, earthy blend of tea tree and juniper berry essential oils. It feels grounding and clean, almost like a reset for both skin and mind. It’s made with our usual blend of nourishing oils and butters, so while it detoxifies, it also hydrates and soothes the skin. It’s simple, powerful, and beautifully minimal.
