Learn more about Hereward Farms in our interview below.

What inspired you to open your business?

It was truly on a whim during lockdown. I thought to myself I wonder if lavender would grow on our farm, and we started with 40 plants. Made some products. They sold out so we grew to 3,000 plants in 2022 and now we have 6,000 plants and over 20 products.

How would you describe your business?

We are truly a farm to skin company – we grow the lavender that goes into our products. We are all natural and are 100% Canadian – we are eco-friendly and support other women owned businesses. We make all our products here onsite.

What’s your best selling product and why do you think it’s so popular?

Lavish Face Serum. I think because it works – it has place 4th in CertClean Beauty Awards in 2022, and finished 1st Place in 2023. It has also been featured in British Vogue and British Vanity Fair. Lavish Lavender-Infused Face Serum is one of our most popular products because of the luxurious blend of rich lavender botanicals and Hereward Farm’s proprietary formula.

Lavish Lavender-Infused Serum is a luxurious blend of natural, skin-healing ingredients that work together to rejuvenate and revitalize your skin. This unique formula features a potent combination of ultra-hydrating botanicals and antioxidants to help improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven tone and texture.

We’re so impressed with the incredible range of products that Hereward Farms makes using their locally grown lavender.
