Free Pour Jenny’s
Free Pour Jenny’s creates small-batch, handcrafted cocktail bitters, tonic syrups, and shrubs using homegrown and wild, foraged ingredients in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory (in northern Canada). These unique products received nine medals at the 2021 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition in the bitters category.
The boreal forest that surrounds Whitehorse is a perfect place for foraging for unique and delicious ingredients, including fireweed, lowbush cranberries, and spruce tips. These ingredients are sustainably wild-harvested, and bitters are handmade in very small batches. Some products are seasonal and will only be available in limited quantities…
Jennifer launched Free Pour Jenny’s in 2016, combining her interests in mixology, foraging, gardening, and alchemy. She is passionate about sustainable harvesting of local ingredients, supporting local farmers, and about local food.
Free Pour Jenny’s bitters, shrubs, and tonic syrups can really make your cocktails (or zero-proof drinks) stand out! The company also offers corporate gifting and special orders.
