I’m excited to introduce you to a few Saint John, NB markets where you can enjoy some local shopping. Markets are such a great way to support artists, makers and local shops in Saint John.

Saint John Night Market

The Saint John Night Market is an extension of the Saint John City Market and happens once a month for four evenings in the summer and into the fall. You’ll find local vendors, artists, entertainment and food. This is a great way to experience Saint John’s amazing market scene and a fun way to spend an evening.


Queens Square Farmer’s Market

The Queens Square Farmer’s Market is an outdoor market and great place to do some local shopping and grab a wide variety of fresh food. It runs from May to October on Sundays from 9 to 2pm.

Moonlight Bazaar

Moonlight Bazaar is a popular summer event in Saint John. This free event runs from 4pm to 12:30am and features live music, dancing and local vendors to shop from – all under an illuminated giant moon.

Saint John Christmas Markets

Rockwood Park Christmas Market

The Rockwood Park Christmas Market is put on by the Saint John Horticultural Association. The market runs over four weekends leading up to the holidays. It’s a beautiful outdoor market that will definitely get you in the holiday spirit. There’s live music, a chance to meet with Santa, see alpacas, grab a hot chocolate, shop for gifts and support some really incredible local vendors and artists.
