What inspired you to start your business?
I started Satvic during a time when caffeine had quietly become my coping mechanism. Every stressful day ended with another cup. Every anxious morning began with more. It worked, until it didn’t. The jitters and the restlessness caught up to me.
So I slowed down.
I went back to the herbs and rituals I grew up with — tulsi, turmeric, warm spices. That practice became Satvic Tea Co., a way to choose calm over chaos, and to offer that same gentle alternative to anyone who needs it.
How would you describe your business?
Satvic is a handcrafted tea and ritual brand dedicated to creating meaningful moments of calm and wellness through carefully curated herbal and spice blends. Drawing from ancestral botanical knowledge passed down through generations, we craft unique blends such as golden turmeric lattes, tulsi blend, masala chai, and floral infusions like hibiscus tea and butterfly pea that honour tradition while fitting into modern lifestyles.
Every blend is hand-mixed in tiny batches — no machines, no shortcuts — just whole herbs, botanicals, and spices chosen for both their flavour and their grounding properties. I use natural, organic, high-quality ingredients sourced with care. We prioritize sustainability, authenticity, and wellness in every step — from sourcing to blending to packaging. Our packaging and labeling support recycling and we use seed paper tags to add a beautiful natural touch.
Satvic aims to bring ritualistic calm and mindful connection into daily life, inviting customers to slow down, savour, and nourish body and spirit. Our approach blends heritage, wellness, and sensory experience to create teas that are as comforting as they are purposeful.

Why do you think it’s so popular?
I think ‘The Healer’ is so popular because it’s crafted with ingredients that truly work together. It’s made with organic turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper- a combination that not only tastes warm and comforting, but also supports better absorption of turmeric.

I think that’s what makes it amazing. It’s simple, clean, organic, and balanced — the kind of blend that feels both nostalgic and new. And because it’s caffeine-free, people can enjoy it as a ritual that supports calm rather than adding more stress to the system.
What’s your favourite product from your shop right now?
My personal favourite right now is ‘The Warrior’ our masala chai.
I love it because it’s familiar yet elevated- a comforting ritual in a cup. The blend of unprocessed whole leaf black tea and 5 spices hits that perfect balance of spice and warmth, smooth and grounding with every sip. It’s the kind of chai that slows you down, makes your space feel cozy, and reminds you to take a moment for yourself. It allows me to have a gradual caffeine uplift without the crash after coffee.
