What inspired you to open your shop?
It has always been a dream to have a career doing something I love. To create with my hands, to inspire and encourage others. We had a lot of trees and wood on our property – at first we just made ornaments as gifts. When the opportunity came to grow into a business, this dream was attainable and we jumped in.
How would you describe your business?
Our business is quite rugged. All our wood comes from fallen trees right to your Christmas tree. We find wood and branches that work for ornaments. From there, we cut them into slices, sand them, paint them, and put the design on them. The fun thing about this process is that every wood slice is different. Every ornament is unique and one of a kind.
What’s your best selling product and why is it so popular?
Teacher Ornaments.
These make a great gift for all the teachers in your life. They are pretty and look amazing on a Christmas tree. Some teachers keeps them hanging in their classrooms all year.

What’s your favourite product from your own shop?
I personally love the cat ornament! I don’t even have a cat but these are cute. I love all the different cat names that cross my work desk.
