Every blend undergoes a meticulous research and testing phase to ensure we never sacrifice taste for health. Our business began in our family kitchen, inspired entirely by my mother—the true “brain behind the operation.” As a busy working mom, she was always looking for efficient ways to weave wellness into our daily lives. Her solution was handcrafted, 100% natural, nutrient-rich tea blends that made health a seamless part of our routine.
What started as my mom’s way of caring for her family soon grew; as friends and extended family tried her blends, they couldn’t get enough. Seeing the impact her recipes had, we decided to share that same sense of wellness with our community. Today, our mission is two-fold: to bring high-quality wellness to your home and to grow this business enough to give my parents the comfortable retirement they deserve.

Our signature Red Raspberry Leaf blend is a true labour of love and a personal favorite. While red raspberry leaf has been a staple in women’s wellness for centuries, its naturally grassy profile can be polarizing. We’ve innovated this traditional remedy by blending it with refreshing spearmint and whole freeze-dried raspberries. Unlike standard air-dried fruit, our freeze-dried raspberries retain their full nutritional integrity and offer superior flavor extraction, resulting in a tart, refreshing brew with an enchanting ruby-golden hue that tastes as incredible as it looks.
