I used to own and design an organic fashion line called Twice Shy, and I’ve been a graphic designer for nearly 30 years. I first learned ceramics in school when I was young, and found my way back to it during Covid. I love combining my design background with clay, it’s creative, grounding, and truly my happy place.

I work with both speckled and regular Cone 6 clays, with a focus on carving and fluting to create texture and depth. The light from my luminaries casts the most beautiful shadows. And when it comes to mugs, they need to be just as functional as they are beautiful, thoughtfully balanced with a perfectly shaped handle for maximum comfort.
I have so many faves! I love a good cappuccino mug, and a good tea mug. My husband is my personal barista and is very particular about what makes the perfect mug.
I love Moja Coffee! They have the best, in my opinion, coffee beans in East Van.
