What inspired you to start your business?

Marley and Kate was born from a desire to spread kindness, gratitude and positivity through our designs. We believe looking good and feeling good go hand in hand and what you wear can reflect who you are and what you stand for. Our most recent designs have been inspired by a desire to express our love of Canada and allow others to express their national pride and identity.

How do you describe your business?

At Marley and Kate we combine thoughtful design with meaningful messages to promote positivity and self care. We use print on demand production techniques to reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact, ensuring each item is made just for you. What makes us unique is the heart behind every product rooted in care, purpose and a belief that small things can make a difference.

What’s your bestselling product & why do you think it’s so popular?

Our Canadian pride apparel have been our bestsellers.

Our Canadian pride apparel allows Canadians to express their national pride in a positive way in our current political environment.

What’s your personal favourite product?

It’s hard to choose I love them all but we have a t shirt that says “I may not be perfect but I’m Canadian and that’s all that matters”. I think that pretty much sums up how grateful I am to be Canadian and to have the opportunities I have here in Canada.

What’s your favourite local business?

“Fresh is Best” is a local Kamloops business that makes Salsa and nacho chips that are amazing!
