What inspired you to start your business?

How do you describe your business?
We started our business by manufacturing our own line of baking products, including sprinkles, quins, fondant, baking ingredients, buttercream, food colouring, frozen cakes and cupcakes, cookies and more. Our primary focus has been on offering baking classes, while also selling our products directly to our students.
Today, we operate as a retail store, targeting both individual bakers and resellers. That said, we proudly manufacture our own baking products and are a Canadian brand. As the industry evolves, we’re shifting our focus toward becoming a wholesale supplier of baking goods, while continuing to support and grow our reseller network. We’re also active on platforms like Amazon and Etsy, and offer convenient local delivery options.
What’s your bestselling product & why do you think it’s so popular?
Sprinkles, Food Coloring, Fondant, Frozen Chocolate cakes and cupcakes
We got our start with sprinkles, nonpareils, and quins—offering a wide variety of mixes and seasonal designs, all made right here in our warehouse. Our customers often tell us they love the flavour of our sprinkles, especially how well they complement the taste of their cakes.
We also offer a selection of food colouring, available in both regular and natural options, with liquid and powder forms to suit different baking needs.
Our fondant stands out for its unique texture and taste—many bakers find it noticeably different from other brands.
And last but not least, our frozen cakes have become a big hit among bakers. We offer a range of flavours like red velvet, pistachio, carrot, chocolate, and vanilla. For cupcakes, we have red velvet, chocolate, and vanilla, and our cookies feature a variety of fun and festive seasonal designs.
What’s your personal favourite product?
We truly love our baked cakes — the recipe has been around since 1958! Plus our sprinkles are unbeatable when it comes to design, taste and wholesale price.
