Sinai Gourmet is a local Montreal shop creating condiments like hot sauce, BBQ sauce, maple syrup (and more) without the use of artificial ingredients.
What inspired you to start your business?
To offer individuals and families alike clean label products that enhance meals without artificial ingredients or chemical preservatives and fillers. Flavour and quality, family friendly.
How do you describe your business?
We use the freshest top quality pure ingredients in every product. All our products are crafted with the utmost care using only natural ingredients, nothing artificial, no additives or chemicals. Our focus has always been family first, made with ingredients you’d cook with at home. Real flavour ,sauces and condiments that you can trust, clean enough for your kids, bold enough for all your cooking needs, for your bbq and in the kitchen. What a family deserves, clean, craveable and kid-approved, no junk, no hidden chemicals.
What’s your bestselling product?
We have a three way tie in that department. Our most popular and best selling product is our Tomato Ketchup, followed by our Gourmet BBQ Box, and our OG Jalapeño Maple hot sauce.
Why do you think they’re so popular?
Our Tomato Ketchup is renowned for its clean label formulation and family friendly kid approved appeal. Containing half the sugar and salt without compromising on taste, crafted without liquid sugar or corn syrup, we use premium ingredients like tomatoes and brown sugar to deliver a rich and flavourful, traditional taste.
Our Gourmet BBQ Box with a unique assortment of in house crafted smoky ,tangy and sweet BBQ sauces, four bbq sauces, one hot sauce, BBQ basting brush and a grill chart, a favorite for the grill master in your home. Our clean label standard separates us from the rest. Never compromising on taste or quality.
And last but not least our Jalapeño Maple Hot sauce, made with fresh hot peppers, fresh herbs and spices, fresh lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic and locally sourced pure maple syrup.
What’s your personal favourite product?
Mine would have to be our BBQ sauces. Made with our in house ketchup (my second favourite) each of our six varieties, Beer Maple, Korean, Kansas, South Carolina, Memphis and Original, offers an opportunity to explore and create recipe ideas for the whole family to enjoy.
The convenience knowing that I can make delicious meals that are clean and tasty is everything.
