Granolala is a Canadian granola brand and Ontario business based in Innisfil. Learn more about how this granola company came to be in our interview below.

What inspired you to start your business?

Marion began making granola for her family years ago. As a fitness and nutrition professional, we wanted a better granola than what was sold in the large stores. Our family, friends, and our Bed and Breakfast guests kept asking for some to take home: Kilograms of Marion’s granola would leave, to be enjoyed in their homes. They would message before visiting ‘Can we get some more when we come?’ After returning home, our traveling BnB guests would email from Europe, the USA, across Canada; Can you send us a package with more? Clearly people really enjoy Marion’s granola! Granolala.ca was launched so everyone could discover and enjoy our Granolala. Available in three popular flavours; Original, Cranberry, Blueberry.

How do you describe your business?

Marion’s lifelong interest in good food, nutrition expertise and refining recipe variations provides the foundation for Granolala. Premium ingredients, careful consistency, and of course our baking process. Every batch is toasted to perfection, measured, packaged and heat sealed. We use high quality barrier pouches to maintain freshness. The clear front shows exactly what is inside. Our facility is health inspected and Green Pass certified.

What’s your bestselling product & why do you think it’s so popular?

Granolala Original.

Granolala is our special recipe of gently toasted oats, nuts and seeds. Refined over a decade using premium natural ingredients including Saskatchewan Oats and Ontario Maple Syrup. No preservatives, no refined sugar added!

What’s your personal favourite product?

Our Granolala Blueberry is something special. Granolala is unusual in making small batch granola with plenty of tasty blueberries – something different!
