Balzac’s Coffee Roasters

Balzac’s Coffee Roasters is a very popular Canadian coffee brand. What started as a small coffee shop in Stratford, ON has blossomed into an incredible Canadian company with over 16 coffee shops across Ontario.

When you visit one of their cafés in person you’ll notice that they’re beautifully decorated and have a European feel. The owners were inspired by cafés in Paris and wanted to bring that same vibe to their coffee shops.

In our opinion, they’ve exceeded this goal by combining beautiful spaces with delicious coffee.

You can order coffee beans, grounds or compostable pods online if you can’t visit one of their cafés in person.
