What inspired you to start your business?

My wife kept telling me my beard was dry and scratchy whenever she touched it. I tried using beard oils, but none of them really worked for me. Plus, I was frustrated that most men’s grooming products were always scented with the same sandalwood or cedarwood blends. So, I decided to create my own—something with better ingredients and a scent I actually enjoyed.

Before I knew it, people were noticing the scent and asking if I could make some for them or their partners. What started as a personal solution quickly snowballed into a business. Now, Hairy Face Beard Company offers 12 unique beard oils (one for every adventure), along with beard balms, beard soap, and skin soaps—all crafted for quality, performance, and originality.

We focus on high-quality ingredients, small-batch production, and a deep understanding of beard care to create products that not only nourish but also enhance the overall beard-growing experience.

• We use only the finest natural ingredients, carefully selected for their conditioning, moisturizing, and strengthening properties. Our products include high-quality carrier oils like avocado, jojoba, castor, and sweet almond oil, as well as essential oils for fragrance and additional benefits. Our balms are crafted with natural beeswax, shea butter, and cocoa oil to provide hold and deep hydration.

I craft everything in small batches to ensure consistent quality and attention to detail. While this makes production more time-consuming, it’s worth the extra effort to guarantee every product is just right.

My beard oils are made with premium carrier and essential oils, carefully chosen not only to nourish the beard but also to care for the skin beneath it—because a healthy beard starts with healthy skin.

What’s your personal favourite product?

I can’t choose just one favourite—I switch between beard oils weekly, sometimes even daily, depending on my mood and what scent I feel like wearing that day. I enjoy variety, so I like having different options to match different vibes. The only part of my routine that stays the same is starting with a beard oil to nourish my skin and hair, then always finishing with the Lemongrass Vanilla Beard Balm for that perfect balance of moisture, hold, and a fresh, clean scent.
