Harmonic Arts is a local British Columbia shop based in Cumberland and another one of our favourite Canadian wellness brands. Their natural health products include mushroom elixirs, herbal tinctures like Ashwagandha, and superfoods like spirulina.
We enjoy and use their Activate Elixir Blend and their 5 Mushroom Chocolate Elixir Blend. It’s the perfect alternative when we want something other than coffee or hot chocolate, especially as the afternoon pick-me-up. I love mixing it with almond milk for a creamy healthy drink.
