Canadian Spice Company: Triple Smoke Co.
Triple Smoke Co. is a local British Columbia shop based in Shawnigan Lake. They create gourmet smoked spices and spice blends. What sets their spices apart is that they’re smoked using real wood so you get that unique smokey flavour. They have some incredible gift ideas to choose from. They have seven of their popular spice blends available as a set that come in individually packaged bags. Our personal favourite gift set is the gourmet spice pack that comes with six flavours of their smoked spices in nice glass jars (shown below). The Spice Age is a local Calgary business offering a unique variety of Canadian spices. They have put together a some spice kits which make a great gift idea or stocking stuffers. We also love that you can order smaller versions of these packs with free shipping so you can easily test out the flavours. They even have a guacamole seasoning mix and a chipotle garlic dip mix.

Totem Tea & Spice is a Canadian spice company and local Montreal business. They have an incredible collection of spices and BBQ rub kits along with a variety of tea. We love how they package their spices in handy metal containers that lets you see the spices and all the different colours and shapes. Jenno’s Homestead: Canadian Spices
Jenno’s Homestead is a really unique local Toronto business and one of our favourite Canadian spice companies. Their spices are all made using ingredients from their urban homestead in Toronto. They have a variety of spices to choose from including ancho chipotle, smoked lemon and thyme salt, smoked curry spice and so many more. We love that you can order a smaller size package and get free shipping. These spices would make incredible stocking stuffers. They also have a sample size pack where you can test out a few of their spices before ordering a bigger size. They also have popcorn seasonings and products for baking as well as fresh and organic powders for smoothies.
Canadian Spices: Smokin’ Jons BBQ
Smoking John’s BBQ is another awesome Canadian spice company and local New Brunswick business based in Fredericton. They have a great spice and rub gift set that comes with five of their all-natural Canadian spices. Some of their spice blends are maple flavoured, while others are great for using with chicken or creating sauces and dips. They also have some blends that can be used for pizza and pasta. Local Thunder Bay shop and one of our favourite Canadian spice companies is June & Jo Spice Co. Their spices and seasonings are inspired by family recipes and are the perfect addition to your home cooking. We love using their hot and spicy seasoning on popcorn too!
A Spice Affair
A Spice Affair is a local Montreal shop that has a huge collection of Canadian spices. They have spices, rubs, seasonings, and BBQ kits (and more) to choose from. We recently purchased their Piri Piri flavoured spice and are super excited to try it on chicken. They have so many flavours to choose from and different size jars and kits. Some of their gift set themes include wings and things, burger bar, dip seasoning, Mexican fiesta and Nonna’s kitchen.
