Sally Chupick

I was really impressed with Sally’s paintings when I first discovered them and knew I would be adding one to my art collection eventually.

The painting I’ve included in this article is the one I ended up adding to my growing art collection.

Sally’s mini art series really caught my eye because each painting is an original piece that features a beautiful landscape or nature inspired theme. These oil paintings are painted directly on a small piece of reclaimed cedar wood that’s approximately 3.5 inches x 2.5 inches. So they really are ‘mini’.

I love that the reclaimed wood and the way Sally paints a distressed white background really makes these paintings the perfect pieces of rustic decor that’s full of character and texture.

When my painting from Cottage Beach Art arrived in the mail I was so impressed with how Sally was able to put so many unique details and texture into such a little piece of art.

I also appreciated that the paintings come ready to hang. These mini original pieces of art are something I plan to keep collecting. I think they would make a great series and look wonderful as a collage. For now, I’ve got mine sitting on a shelf and I take a minute to enjoy it every time I walk past it.
