Fresh Air is a local Kelowna shop that caters to all things outdoor adventure and activities. Not only only do they have a full collection of bikes, but they also have paddles boards, kayaks, and other summer products. Along with their summer gear, they feature everything you need for winter activities as well. Fresh Air is definitely the go to spot for all things outdoor activity. This broad range of products doesn’t mean that they have any less knowledge or products in the bike niche. We were very impressed with the amount of bikes they have including road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, kids bikes, and a full section dedicated to electric bikes. They also have everything you would need in terms of maintenance of your bike, cycling tools, tires, etc.

Sovereign Cycle
Sovereign Cycle is another bike store in Kelowna with a great collection of mostly mountain bikes and e-bikes. Their team is made up of a group of knowledgable racers and riders so they definitely know what they’re talking about when it comes to bikes. They also have your typical bike accessories like tires, parts, clothing, and any tools you would need. Some of the mountain bike brands they feature are Norco and Devinci, a made in Canada bike company.

Cyclepath Kelowna
Cyclepath Kelowna is a Canada wide bike shop franchise so you may recognize the name from other cities in Canada. Cyclepath has been in operation since 1995 and is definitely one of the more well-known bike shops in Kelowna. Over the years their store has continued to expand to meet the demand for both bike parts, accessories & clothing sales along with bike servicing and tune ups. In both 2022 and 2023 Cyclepath Kelowna was awarded the best bike shop by the Best Of Kelowna Now awards. They also host group rides and you can find more information on their website about dates and times. They have ladies road rides, a group mountain bike ride, and co-ed road rides. We love seeing local businesses also commit to building the cycling community around them.

Another great bike shop in Kelowna is Smith Creek Cycle. Their team is full of cycling enthusiasts who not only know about the cycling products and brands they sell but they are passionate cyclists themselves. They can help you find the right bike, offer bike rentals, cycling clothing and gear, and can also help with bike tune-ups and repairs.

Lake Country Cycle
Lake Country Cycle is located just outside of Kelowna in Lake country but we want to include them in case this location is more convenient for you. They have a huge collection of bikes to choose from including fat bikes, road bikes, mountain bikes, electric bikes, and kids bikes. They also have the option to rent a bike, which is great if you’re on vacation or simply want to use a bike temporarily. They also have everything you need in terms of bike accessories, bike clothing, helmets, and parts. They also offer bike tune ups and repairs. What we really love about Lake Country Cycle is how devoted they are to building the cycling community. They host weekly group rides and you can find all the details on their website in terms of whether it’s a mountain bike or gravel ride and the average speed of the group.
