What inspired you to open your shop?
In my heart and soul I am an earth lover. I feel deeply connected to nature, forests, trees, rivers, streams, oceans and our living, vital world. I spent the majority of my childhood in the woods camping and hiking. As an adult, I shared my love of nature with my son and other children as a scout leader. My favourite times are spent off grid, living simply, authentically. When you care about something deeply, you take care of it. And I care about nature, the planet, our environment and our natural world. I’ve always lived a low waste life and the news around climate change has just increased as things have gotten worse. The amount of waste we generate is simply terrible.
All this inspired me to start a subscription box, gift box and eco-shop. In 2020 I’d wanted to step up and learn even more about living earth friendly and started Let’s Go Eco to share my journey with others. I also believe very strongly, the more we support eco-conscious businesses, the more other bigger businesses will follow and offer better sustainable every day alternative. We are impact driven and support conscious consumerism. People should be able to make choices that are good for them and the planet too and I’m driven to be a part of making that happen.
How would you describe your business?
Our subscription box, gift box and shop is meant to be an experience in eco-conscious, low waste living. I literally spend hours a day sourcing, exploring new, gutsy, ground breaking businesses that care about the planet so that we can share them with our customers. It is very hard for these businesses to break through and compete with big business, and we’re here to help them get awareness and support.
We focus on having a selection of items across a mix of eco-awesome benefits… low waste, plastic-free, locally made, all natural, non-toxic, small batch, artisan made, upcycled, handcrafted, b-corp, fair trade, small business made, vegan, cruelty-free, certified organic, compostable, biodegradable, made from renewable resources, reusable, plant based, 100% recyclable (glass/paper/aluminum), and gives back. We care about all elements of our business we use FSC and recycled materials, paper tape and ship plastic-free and carbon neutral. We try to be plastic-free and while it is hard, it’s worth it.
Being eco-conscious can be confusing and time consuming, so we do the work to make it easy. We’re super proud to be living our values and to be able to share them with others.
What’s your best selling product and why is it so popular?
Our subscription box is our best seller but we also offer one-time gift boxes that are super popular as well.
Our subscription box is award winning and THE most authentic eco-conscious. It’s a learning experience that introduces people to earth friendly products and businesses. We feature amazing eco-friendly products from the latest sustainable eco-brands for less. We help earth lovers go green and save green too with boxes that save subscribers between 30-60% off regular retail prices. Shipping is plastic-free and carbon neutral too.
What’s your favourite product from your own shop?
I am deeply connected to our subscription box as it’s such a source of inspiration for me. I learn so much on this journey and it’s an honour to be able to share it with others. Supporting small businesses is also hugely motiving; they need the support, especially during these times.

I have many. My favourites are Sarah’s Soaps, Cheeks Ahoy and Indigenous business Raven Rising.
